A Bibb County deputy killed in the line of duty in 1918 will be honored Monday at the 2013 public safety memorial ceremony at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth.
Gov. Nathan Deal is scheduled to recognize Franklin Leland Williams at the site of the Public Safety Memorial Wall, according to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release.
