Dawn Cook, a vice president at West Georgia Technical College, was released from the Carroll County jail on a $10,000 bond, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office website.
According to a story from the Times-Georgian newspaper in Carrollton, Cook turned herself in at the sheriff’s office on Nov. 8 on a warrant for one count of theft by taking issued by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
