Rep. Paul Broun, a Georgia lawmaker and doctor, says his new bill — the Patient Option Act — could successfully replace Obamacare with a thriving patient-centered, market-based healthcare system.

“We’ve got to get rid of Obamacare because it’s already harming our economy,” Broun told Dom Giordano, guest host of “The Steve Malzberg Show” on Newsmax TV.

“It’s going to break budgets from family budgets all the way to the federal budget. It’s going to destroy the doctor-patient relationship. It’s going to harm the quality of healthcare.”
