Neighbor Newspapers – Johns Creek mayor two councilmembers face opposition in upcoming elections

Former Mayor Pro Tem Bev Miller will run against Mayor Mike Bodker in the Nov. 5 municipal elections.

Miller, who has served on city council since Johns Creek’s inception, was required to step down from her role as Post 6 councilwoman upon qualifying as a candidate for mayor. A special election will be held next year to fill the vacant position.
