Though 2013 SAT scores remained stagnant nationwide, no high schools in Bibb, Houston or Peach counties could match the average national score of 1,498.

Of the 13 high schools in those counties, only two schools beat the state’s average of 1,452: Houston County High School, at 1,472, and Houston County’s Veterans High School, with a score of 1,455.
