Georgia Adoptable Dogs for April 10, 2013

Ben is a sweet Bichon Frise around 7 yrs old and weights 25 lbs; he is available for adoption from Southern Hope Rescue in Powder Springs, Ga.  Sturdy little dog with independent spirit and who is highly intelligent.  He is extremely laid back and calm.  Bold and gentle. Not a barker.  Extremely affectionate with those he knows.  He loves to snuggle and get massages.  He doesn’t mind a kiss or two either.  He enjoys spending his days going for walks or taking naps on an office chair.  He also LOVES car rides.  He is excellent with other pets and he is not a barker.  Leash trained. Seems to be housetrained as long as let out regularly.

Great pet for an adult household.  Ideal for a single female.  Wonderful walking companion who by end of the day will snuggle with you and keep you warm.  He is used to sleep by end of a bed but you can get him used to sleep whenever fits you.

Luke is a great-looking bird dog mix who has a home lined-up but needs a ride from Winder, in Barrow County, GA to 75 North to catch his freedom ride to Chattanooga. Giving a dog his or her freedom ride is a great way to help save a life with just a couple hours driving. Email me if you can help.
