GA GOP Applauds Governor Deal’s Appointment of the First Hispanic Superior Court Judge In Georgia 

Following Governor Nathan Deal’s appointment of Dallas lawyer Dean Bucci to the Superior Court within the Paulding Judicial Circuit, the Georgia Republican Party issued the following statements:

“Well-qualified, competent, and community-focused, Dean Bucci’s appointment to the Superior Court sends a clear message to minority communities throughout Georgia that Governor Deal is working to give all Georgians a voice within state government,” said Leo Smith, Minority Engagement Director for the Georgia Republican Party.  “As the first Hispanic Superior Court Judge in Georgia, Mr. Bucci will offer fresh perspective and insight while serving his community in a fair but firm manner.
