Georgia Olympic Super-Star Elana Meyers – and her two Olympic medals – visited the state Capitol. Receiving rock star treatment she rocked the Gold Dome.

Elana had a meeting with Governor Nathan Deal, Lt. Governor Casey Cagle, Speaker David Ralston and appeared before both the House and Senate.  She received a rare standing ovation in the Senate.

The real story was in the halls of the Capitol – from young children visiting to seasoned Capitol lobbyist people were in awe of her presence and all wanted a photo or autograph.

If she ran statewide – she would win : )
