Chatham County Superior Court case manager Vevelyn Scarborough on Monday was ordered to remain in the Chatham County jail until a bond hearing today.
Chatham County State Court Judge Gregory V. Sapp, sitting in for a Superior Court judge, ruled he was unable based on the information before him to determine whether Scarborough, 34, posed a threat to others.
She will return to court today for a bond hearing.
