I wanted to invite you to one of the several conference calls I’m having to discuss some of the challenges and opportunities your local GOP is facing. The point of this call is simple – I want to hear from you and learn what the Georgia GOP can do better to serve your area of the state. When I become Chairman, your input will help me keep the party moving in the right direction and build on efforts to make it the Great Opportunity Party for all Georgians.

This is not a statewide call. Instead, it’s an opportunity from activists in your particular area of the state to help contribute to the progress of the Georgia GOP. I understand that there are different concerns in different parts of the state of what the GOP can do, and I am excited and interested to hear those concerns directly from you. That understanding will help me, as Chairman, make sure party resources are used more effectively in the future.

Just as importantly, this is only the first in many of these discussions I plan on having as Chairman to gauge how we’re doing and what can be improved upon. As I’ve said before, the GOP has been a party built from the ground up and needs to be kept true to those roots.
