Adoptable Georgia Dogs for February 17, 2016

Parker is a young male Shepherd mix who is available for adoption from Albany Humane Society in Albany, GA.

Delilah is a young female Hound and Labrador Retriever mix who is available for adoption from the Okefenokee Humane Society Inc. Waycross, GA.

Delilah is a precious little Hound mix female puppy who is available for adoption at a reduced rate in February of $70 form Carroll County Animal Shelter in Carrollton, GA.

A group of Georgians in Early County started Friends of Blakely Animal Shelter and has helped place more than 30 dogs in forever homes.

“We have volunteers coming, we’ve had so many donations the city’s been great helping us,” said Amanda Willis, Founder. “It’s been a whirlwind and emotional roller coaster, but it’s been wonderful. It’s all worth it.”

The organization still needs volunteers to help with cleaning, feeding, transporting, and walking dogs.
