These two Wilburs were meant to go with yesterday’s news, which included the anniversary of powered flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, but were not included because the Petfinder website was down.
Wilbur 1 is a Labrador/American Bulldog mix male, about two years old, who is friendly and playful. He is available for adoption from Carpathia Paws, Inc. in Hinesville, Ga.
Wilbur 2 is a male Labrador/Basset Hound mix. Such a cool-looking little low rider.
Wilbur is a funny boy and loves to just be with you where ever you are. He is fully crate trained and neutered. He is about 100% house trained!!!!
Wilbur loves to play fetch!! And loves other dogs. He doesn’t even seem to notice the cats at all. Wilbur loves to go on walks, or just hang out in the back yard where he can smell everything. He loves at night to play with the lazer pointer and just run around! Wilbur also loves loves loves kids, and would make a great addition to any family.
Wilbur 2 is available for adoption from Angels Among Us Pet Rescue in Alpharetta, Ga.
Ty 1 is a gorgeous collie, about 11 months old and 40 pound, is housebroken, and minus the occasional sniffing at the kitchen counter, has impeccable house manners. Ty 1 is available for adoption from the Lake Lanier Humane League in Gainesville, Ga.
Ty 2 is a cute and cuddly Pomeranian mix puppy who is about seven weeks old and ready to go home for the holidays. We don’t generally approve of giving dogs as gifts, except when it’s parents making a well-thought out decision to time their family dog acquisition around the holidays. But nothing makes a holiday better than saving a life, so if you’ve decided to adopt a dog, why not do it now?

Jack is an 11-month old male Sheltie whose owner can no longer care for him and is seeking a private placement into a new home.
