Pap Datta is one step closer to his dream of opening a microbrewery in Gainesville.
The Planning and Appeals Board on Tuesday voted to support his request to rezone a brick warehouse along Maple Street, near Wild Wing Café, from general business to light industrial.
That’s where Datta plans to launch Left Nut Brewing Co.
Gainesville City Council will take up the rezoning request next month.
