Adoptable Georgia Dogs for April 7, 2014

Iris is a gorgeous 2-3 year old, 20-23 pound German Shorthaired Pointer girl who is looking for a home. Iris came to her current shelter from an animal control facility.

Iris is sweet and very active. She is friendly to all people she meets. She would love a home where she can get lots of attention and exercise! Iris is available for adoption from the Humane Society of Houston County in Warner Robins, Ga.

Jewel is a young, female German Shorthaired Pointer mix who is available for adoption from the Etowah Valley Humane Society in Cartersville, Ga.

S-Lily is a female Pointer mix who finds herself in a shelter for the second time in her life. Originally adopted from the Sumter County Shelter, the number for her microchip is disconnected. She is now available for adoption from the Henry County Animal Care and Control Shelter in McDonough, Ga.

This weekend, a rescue friend of our will need help transporting a Red Tick Coonhound and a Beagle from Macon to Atlanta, and then from Atlanta to Knoxville, TN. Email me if you can help with either leg of their journey home.
