Tyrone Brooks Final Decision

Secretary of State Brian Kemp has issued an order implementing Administrative Law Judge Robert Malihi’s findings, and disqualifying Tyrone Brooks, Jr. from the ballot in the June 16 Special Election for State House District 55.
