After 13 years of service to the City of Woodstock, Ward 1 City Councilman Randy Brewer is retiring from politics.
In 2001, Brewer was elected to fill an unexpired term of six months, he was then re-elected to a four-year term that began in January 2002. He said he originally ran for council because he was concerned about what would happen to downtown Woodstock.
