Three Canton City Council members are on their way out of office as three new faces prepare to take their place.
Ward I Councilman Bob Rush, Ward II Councilman Bill Bryan and Ward III Councilman John Beresford attended their last council meeting on Dec. 19, where they were presented plaques by Mayor Gene Hobgood.
