Two challengers face incumbent Winder councilman | Gwinnett Daily Post

An incumbent who has served the city of Winder for 38 years, and on the city council since 2010, will face off against two political newcomers on Nov. 5.

Incumbent Bob Dixon, who calls himself a compassionate conservative, said his years of service set him apart from opponents Lorin Sinn-Clark and Nicole Tobias. Dixon said his priority for the city of Winder is to prepare for future growth.
