Two weeks after hearing final presentations on proposed SPLOST projects, the Rome-Floyd SPLOST Citizens Advisory Committee will reconvene tonight.
The public is invited to attend the meeting, which starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Emergency Operations Center located at 409 E. 12th St.
A recommendation on which projects should be part of the referendum put to voters in November is expected to be ready at the end of the month. The Floyd County Commission, Rome City Commission and Cave Spring City Council would then have to approve the final package.
