ATLANTA – By law, Georgia state legislators can’t accept money for their re-election bids while the General Assembly is in session. However, on the second day of this year’s session, FOX 5 found a number of lawmakers potentially soliciting donations.
FOX 5’s Chris Shaw found both Democrats and Republicans in both the state House and Senate accepting donations when law says they cannot.
