ATLANTA — A Georgia House subcommittee focused on annexation and cityhood requests in DeKalb County plans a hearing next week.

Supporters want current towns to incorporate and form new cities called LaVista Hills and Tucker.

Subcommittee chairman and state Rep. Buzz Brockaway says he looks forward to hearing from people on all sides.
