ATLANTA — Sentencing for Mark Gary, the developer and former planning commissioner involved in the corruption probe that brought down Shirley Lasseter, has been rescheduled for a second time.
Gary pleaded guilty in federal court last October to charges stemming from his alleged bribery of Lasseter, a Gwinnett County commissioner at the time, and her son.
