DECATUR, Ga. — A grand jury report on a corruption case implicating DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis recommends that other county officials also be targeted for investigation.
The report recommends that a former county CEO should be investigated for allegations of bid rigging and theft, and that a former public safety director should be investigated for obstructing a criminal investigation.
