Georgia Adoptable Dogs for July 1, 2013

This white terrier is one of a number of dogs at Gwinnett County Animal Shelter who are in dire straits due to overcrowding at the shelter; he is likely to be euthanized today unless he has a rescue commitment by 10 AM. This little 6-month old spaniel mix also desperately needs out of the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter; he has until Tuesday. He’s nursing a sore front paw.

Dixie Dog Rescue saved those two little Lab mix pups above from euthanasia at Gwinnett County Animal Shelter. They are a small rescue group, but I can personally attest to the good work they do. After all, they saved my Coonhound, Dolly, from certain euthanasia. If you want to help save dogs but are unable to have one (or another), please consider donating online to Dixie Dog Rescue.
