ATLANTA — A metro Atlanta bookkeeper who is credited with talking a school gunman into surrendering will be a guest of President Barack Obama for his State of the Union address.
The White House announced that Antoinette Tuff is among guests who will join first lady Michelle Obama to watch the speech Tuesday evening. The White House frequently invites guests to sit with the first lady during the address to emphasize a policy or issue the president wants to underscore.
