Gov. Nathan Deal will hold a news conference tomorrow to sign an executive order that instructs state agencies to prepare for enactment of HB 1, the medical marijuana legislation.

Deal will sign HB 1 after the session ends, so as to avoid any potential conflicts with other pieces of legislation.
