David Studdard throws his hat in the ring for Senate District 16

I have decided to run for the Georgia State Senate. I will be running in the 16th District, currently held by incumbent Senator Ronnie Chance, who earlier this week announced that he would not seek reelection.

Today, I filed necessary papers with the Secretary of States Office, declaring my candidacy.

Look for an official press release next week. Additional information, including web site address, will also be coming in the next few days.

I look forward to getting out there and saying hello to old friends and meeting new friends. I ask for your prayers for my family as I start this journey. And I also humbly ask for your support.
