The 10th annual Charity Roast to benefit a local Boys & Girls Club is Thursday, and Cherokee County Sheriff Roger Garrison said he’s getting “a little nervous.”
Well-known local personalities are going to turn up the heat on Garrison from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The event will benefit the Malon D. Mimms Boys & Girls Club in Canton.
Community leaders will poke fun at Garrison to entertain people at the annual event, which usually draws an audience of more than 500.
