Bob Barr announces Jerry Cooper as Cherokee County Campaign Chair

Today, Bob Barr announced Jerry Cooper as his Cherokee County Chairman. “Jerry is a key leader in Cherokee County, well known as a man of character and integrity, and I am glad to have him as a part of my campaign team,” said Barr.

“Our campaign is proud to welcome Jerry Cooper as our Cherokee County Chairman. Jerry is a respected leader in Cherokee with a much deserved reputation for being a leader who cares about people. Bob Barr and I are both incredibly happy to have Jerry Cooper on our team,” stated former state Representative and Barr Congress Chairman Tom Wilder.

Cooper holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration degree – both from the University of Arkansas. He is an ICMA Credentialed Manager. Mr. Cooper is active in numerous organizations, including the Malon D. Mimms Cherokee Boys & Girls Club, Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, Reinhardt University Ambassador, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Rotary Club of Canton.
