Adoptable (Official) Georgia Dogs for May 20, 2022

All adoption fees are waived today through Sunday at the LifeLine Animal Project Fulton County Animal Shelter and DeKalb County Animal Shelter.

Baby is a 5-year old, 28-pound female mixed breed dog who is available for adoption from the Lifeline Animal Project Fulton County Animal Shelter in Atlanta, GA.

Baby is just a sweet and simple girl in search of the sweet and simple life! If you have a lap to climb into, a chin to kiss, and a few treats to give, that’s all Baby needs to be happy. This medium-sized girl fits right into a lap (she’ll show you how!) and has everyone talking about how sweet she is.

Baby is currently being hosted in a foster home, so contact the shelter if you’re interested in meeting her.

Jazmine is a 5-year old, 39.6-pound female mixed breed dog who is available for adoption from the Lifeline Animal Project Fulton County Animal Shelter in Atlanta, GA.

Jazmine is scared in the shelter. Despite this, volunteers report that she is: very gentle, sweet, mild mannered, and low-key. She recently got to spend some time outside of the shelter, in a foster home, and her foster parent had more great things to say about her.

“Jazmine is a good pup who likes to play and is always happy to see you, but is also happy to snuggle and nap on the couch. She has been eager and friendly towards friends we’ve had in our home. She is a huge sweetie.”

While in a foster home, Jazmine was quickly picking up on some basic commands: ‘leave it’, ‘shake’, and ‘sit’. She’s even crate trained!

Roxy is a 2-year old, 60-pound female mixed breed dog who is available for adoption from the Lifeline Animal Project Fulton County Animal Shelter in Atlanta, GA.

Roxy likes relaxing in her own bed but will happily curl up on the couch or bed to cuddle with you. At first we thought she didn’t like toys but then she found a tennis ball on a walk and carried it over a mile in her mouth so she could play with it at home. Now we know that she LOVES to fetch tennis balls and is liable to turn it into a game of chase! Roxy is the opposite of demanding. She’s super happy to keep herself entertained whether you’re in the house or not, and is very easy to take care of.

Roxy is currently housed in a foster home, so please contact the shelter if you’re interested in meeting her.
