Lenny is a young male Beagle and Terrier mix puppy who is available for adoption from the Society of Human Friends of Georgia in Lawrenceville, GA.

Little Lenny is eight weeks old. His mom appears to be a Beagle/Pit mix and she weighs about 35 pounds. These babies are short, stocky and oh so sweet! They will make wonderful companions for their new humans. This pup cannot live in apartments or condos where they will use communal potty areas since they are too young to have their full immunity to communicable disease yet.

Lottie is a young female Wirehaired Terrier and Chihuahua mix puppy who is available for adoption from the Society of Human Friends of Georgia in Lawrenceville, GA.

Lottie is a special puppy who needs a special home. This tiny, chocolate Wirehaired Terrier mix is nine weeks old and she currently weighs about 3.5 pounds. Lottie came to us a month ago from a local shelter. She was turned in as a stray and sadly had a large chemical burn down the middle of her back. Lottie was understandably fearful of humans and screamed when touched. Her foster mom has painstakingly cared for her injury, as well as her wounded spirit. Lottie has finally gotten the all-clear from her vet to be adopted. Her hair will grow back eventually but there will always be noticeable scarring, both seen and unseen.

Jaildog Bella is a Senior Female German Shepherd Dog who is available for adoption from the Society of Human Friends of Georgia in Lawrenceville, GA.

Beautiful Bella is a recruit in Operation Second Chance, also known as the Gwinnett Jaildog Program. This great program saves shelter dogs from euthanasia, placing them with inmates at the county jail who have been approved to train and nurture them so that they will be good pets in their permanent adoptive homes. Bella has been with the program for almost 3 years and needs a home where she is the only dog. She is a senior girl who is approximately eight years old with some arthritis/hip issues that go along with the German Shepherd breed. She would be a great addition for a family without small children and someone that is familiar with a working breed dog.
