On a day like today, no dog is better suited than a Great Pyrenees.
Tory was hit by a car and found himself with a broken leg and in a South Carolina shelter where they planned to euthanize him. Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta rescued him and have spent nearly $5000 on his veterinary needs, including amputation of his leg. Nonetheless, he’s healing well and ready to go to a forever home.
Tripod dogs get along just fine, and this one will have many happy years once he finds a home. Visit Tory at Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta, and apply to adopt him or one of his friends, or leave a little something in his money jar to pay for his care.
Oso is another “gentle giant” who was hit by a car, lost a leg, and is available for adoption from Great Pyr Rescue of Atlanta.
Kappa is a seven-week old puppy, one of two litters that recently came into Great Pyr Rescue.
