Adoptable Georgia Dogs for September 23, 2013

Bam-Bam is a sweet adult female German Shepherd who is looking for a forever home and currently boarding with Angel Dog Rescue, Inc., Georgetown, GA. She gets along well with people, loving everyone she meets, and most dogs, though some she doesn’t like, and the rescue group thinks this behavior could be corrected with training.

 Anna is a beautiful English Pointer mix with a story of redemption, and she is available for adoption from Angel Dog Rescue, Inc., Georgetown, GA.

“In Oct 2009 Anna found her way to a country church after being thrown way out in the middle of nowhere, alone. Karyl got a lot of calls about her being there. When Karyl got there, the dog ran away. She kept calling and offering her food, but she still wouldn’t come. Then Karyl sat down on the grass and called her, and Anna came over and crawled into her lap! She was so emaciated, scared and weak that Karyl carried her to the car.”

  Misty is a young female Weimaraner mix whose life has been changed by Angel Dog Rescue, Inc., in Georgetown, Ga and who is looking for an adoptive home.

“Misty is a really nice girl. She has had a really tough time but is all better now. Misty was quite afraid of men when she first arrived. She is still shy, but is getting more comfortable around people. She is gentle and loves to play with other dogs.”
