Adoptable Georgia Dogs for October 3, 2013

WaltonRainbow1

Rainbow is a female Weimaraner mix with a super-great disposition toward people and other dogs. She is very happy and playful. Even with another bossy female dog, Rainbow was all play and refused to get into a tussel. She’s a super sweet girl! Rainbow is available for adoption from the Walton County Animal Center in Monroe, Ga.WaltonRainbow2
WaltonUnoUno is an 8-10 month old male Pit Bull/Beagle mix (maybe Boxer/Beagle?) who was surrendered by his owner and is available for adoption from the Walton County Animal Shelter in Monroe, Ga.

GwinnettPen148You can see from her mugshot above that this girl sounds like she’ll make some lucky family a great pet. She is available for adoption from the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter in Lawrenceville, Ga.. Here’s a video of her playing with one of the animal control officers.
This big boy is a Black and Tan Coonhound, and he’s available for adoption immediately at the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter in Lawrenceville, Ga. The shelter volunteers say he’s a beautiful, fun-loving guy. Our coonhound mix, Dolly, is a great pet who loves running and playing with other dogs, but inside the house, she’s a snuggler and complete couch potato. They’re large but not overly, with Dolly weighing in at 53#. People who have coonhounds love the breed, though they can be overlooked in the shelters.

BarrowRobinRobin is an awesome little Black Lab mix who is fully-vetted and receiving training at the Barrow County Animal Shelter, in Winder, Ga. He’s available for adoption immediately and is urgent – his father, “Clyde” was euthanized last week. He’s pictured below with his brother, “Batman.”

BarrowMomPupsThis mother dog is a mix, maybe Lab, maybe Collie, who was turned in to the the Barrow County Animal Shelter with her three puppies. They need out as soon as possible, as puppies can get sick easily in shelters.
