Someone who fosters dogs, but is full to capacity was driving when she saw this dog surrounded by men who were throwing rocks at her. She stopped and got the dog away safely, but had no choice to leave her at a shelter. After learning of the shelter’s high kill rate, the rescuer is desperate to find this dog a foster or adoptive home.
