Adoptable Georgia Dogs for March 4, 2013

This middle-aged to senior lab mix needs a foster or adoptive home. She is currently at Barrow County Animal Shelter, where the volunteers love her and are pleading for someone to step up and help this older girl.

Princess is the lab puppy who was found roadside, hit by a car, with two broken legs. Dixie Dog Rescue is caring for her, and a number of y’all made generous donations for her care. They’re still $600 in the hole for her surgeries, and will have some upcoming expenses as she recuperates.

Not everyone can save a dog this week, and many of us have full houses, so we can’t foster either. But we can give up one Starbucks Frappalatte and give $3 to Dixie Dog Rescue today to help them continue doing God’s work.
