A tipster tells us that LaFayette Mayor Neal Florence will announce shortly for the State House District 2 seat being vacated by Rep. Jay Neal. We’re further told that Florence has hired a consultant who has previous experience in that district. Now, the tone of the email that brought the photo of Steve Tarvin’s signs makes sense.
