Adoptable Georgia Dogs for October 28, 2013

This Golden Doodle is in desperate need of a foster or adoptive home. Golden Doodles are the result of cross-breeding Golden Retrievers with Poodles, which produce these large, beautiful dogs with the temperament of a Golden Retriever and the less-allergenic coat of a poodle.

He’s in the Clayton County Animal Shelter and can be rescued directly from there, or you could offer to foster through Cherokee County Humane Society, who wants to save him and just needs a foster home. He also has a freedom fund, which you can donate to and will help him find a rescue. It’s also possible this guy is a Wheaten Terrier.

Big brother here is billed as a Great Dane mix, and if that’s correct, his coat is called Harlequin. He is available for adoption from Clayton County Animal Control. He also has a freedom fund, to which you may donate online.

These four puppies are thought to be Beagle mixes and need a home as soon as possible, so they don’t get sick or euthanized in the shelter where they are currently held. Cherokee County Humane Society will save them if they can find a foster home.

This is Tilly, a mom, and her five newborn puppies.

The puppies were born Thursday, so the little family needs a foster home where they can stay together until the pups are old enough to be adopted out.
