Election Day was Toomsboro Democrat Joyce Denson’s birthday, but incumbent state Rep. Bubber Epps got the present: a return to the state Legislature.
“I’ve tried to be a good representative and be accessible to the people,” said Epps, R-Dry Branch, who had captured about two-thirds of all votes in the district by late Tuesday.
