Ferris is an adult male Labrador Retriever mix who is available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter in Marietta, GA.

This sweet boy is Ferris! He was surrendered to the shelter on 5/6 because his owner is moving into an apartment and Ferris isn’t allowed there. His former owner did note that Ferris is house trained, good with children, and good with cats and dogs! The volunteers describe him as such a good boy! He was upset when he was left at the shelter and cried for his family, but he’s starting to settle in. Ferris responds to several commands including sit and lay down. Ferris is really hoping for a new, forever home soon! Could it be with you?

Ferris is approximately 6 years old, and weighs 67 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, has been neutered and microchipped, and did test negative for heartworms. Ferris is waiting patiently in kennel 18; his ID # is 18800.

Bueller is an adult male mixed breed dog who is available for adoption from DeKalb County Animal Services in Chamblee, GA.

Bueller is a super sweet 67 lb. 2 yr. old boy who just makes us laugh. Part canine, part equine?? You know those equestrian dressage events in which the horses prance around so elegantly? That’s what Bueller does. He doesn’t run, he trots gracefully and it’s sooo cute. When Bueller isn’t prancing around like a show horse, he walks very well on a leash, knows sit, takes treats gently and is very affectionate. Sweet Bueller was just left behind when his owners moved and a kind neighbor brought him to the shelter. Now he waits for a new home that will cherish him for the good dog he is.
