Volvo is a handsome boy with taupe colored fur and eyes to match. He loves treats, will sit for them and takes them gently. He may be housetrained. We know he loves toys and is a very good guy who’s built for comfort, not speed. Volvo is big and strong but seems low to medium energy. A volunteer said, “He was well behaved, interactive and looked for affection as we sat on the grass, being gentle the entire time. Walked well on the leash, overall very good.” You’ll like him. We do.

Meet Patriot, a big sweetheart with an even bigger heart. This gentle guy walks politely on leash and enjoys taking his time, soaking in the sights and sounds of the world around him. On walks, he’ll often glance up to check in, happy just knowing you’re there.

In the play yard, Patriot likes to stay close by your side. He’s treat-motivated and loves earning snacks for his good manners. He’s easy to handle and has a calm, well-behaved way about him that makes spending time together feel relaxed and easy.

Around other dogs, Patriot keeps to himself and is comfortable doing his own thing. He seems most content exploring at his pace and then settling in for pets and praise.
