Adoptable (Official) Georgia Dogs for April 26, 2021

Chase is an adult male Basset Hound and Labrador Retriever mix who is available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter in Marietta, GA.

Chase is a handsome and sweet boy who is good with people but not so good with other animals — he wants all the attention (and who can blame him)! He was adopted from the shelter 2 years ago but his family brought him back on April 17, saying they could no longer care for him. Chase is about 3 years old and weighs 51 pounds. He is a Bassador, a mix between a Basset Hound and a Labrador Retriever. He has been neutered and is up-to-date on vaccinations. He will be heartworm tested and microchipped upon adoption. Come meet him in Run 24 using ID#628407.

Buddy is a young male Labrador Retriever mix who is available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter in Marietta, GA.

Meet the adorable 1&1/2 year old, 43 pound Buddy. Poor fellow was brought to the shelter through no fault of his own. His former person said they just did not have time to care for him any longer. Buddy was not allowed to live inside the home with his people so he will need some help learning his house training skills. He is young and eager to please so he should be a quick learner. Buddy does have some hair loss which looks like it may be a flea allergy but the vet will have to determine that. Buddy will sit when you tell him to and gives the best kisses. Buddy has not been around kids or other pets. He is current on his vaccines, now neutered, tested negative for heart worms and will be micro-chipped upon adoption. He is waiting for you in run 303 and his ID# is 628205.

Beauregard is an adult male Terrier mix who is available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter in Marietta, GA.

It looks like Beauregard might have an affinity for a certain college football team. I’m sure he’d make a great game day buddy.

Beauregard is a big boy, but very sweet and quite handsome. He’s calm and quiet in his run in the shelter, and knows “sit and lay down.” He just absolutely loves toys, especially his red Kong, and will entertain himself for quite a while. Beauregard came into the shelter as a lost boy on Jan. 23, and his family has not come to find him. He has adapted to the loud shelter and his playful personality has become more apparent. He is about 4 years old and weighs 68 pounds. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, now neutered and will be heartworm tested and microchipped upon adoption. Come meet him in Run 90 using ID#626995.
