Gus was picked up by animal control at a park where he was following everyone around. He is pretty thin and we are not sure how long he was out there, but he’s safe and well feed now in a foster home with another senior female. He is doing great with her and very well in the house.
Rachel (right, female) and Ross (left, male) are a bonded pair of 3-5 year old Labrador Retriever mixes who are available for adoption from Atlanta Lab Rescue in Atlanta, GA.
Ross is a little on the scared side and when the shelter picked him up, he spooked, broke his leash and ran off. He came back later when he realized he couldn’t bear to be without Rachel. How is that for a love story…
Despite the fear, they are both very sweet and receptive to people once they realize that they are safe and no one will hurt them. Their rescue thinks they will come around quickly in a good home. If you think you have the right situation for this wonderful pair, and would like to foster or adopt them, please go to www.atlantalabrescue.com to fill out an application or email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
