Sweet Pax wants just a few simple things in life: a person who is home most of the time, a canine buddy, and a fenced-in yard where he can run and play. Well, lots of treats and snuggles would be pretty amazing too. We’ve had lots of interest in this striking boy, but he wants you to know he’s so much more than a pretty face. Pax is so terribly smart that he can pick up commands in minutes, so he really needs to go to a border collie-savvy home where someone will continue working his brilliant brain. Pax isn’t very high energy; he likes walks and car rides, but is perfectly happy as a couch potato, too. He’d prefer a home without kids and cats because they are so unpredictable. Pax is 2 years old, 35 pounds and just amazing.
His foster mom absolutely loves this sweet boy and will require a meet and greet to make sure Pax goes to the perfect home. He is amazing.
Hi! My name is Kimberlin. I am a 3 month old (approximately) border collie mix. I have so much to learn and a whole yard to explore. I have begun potty training and crate training. I am smart, so I believe I will catch on pretty fast. I just started playing fetch yesterday. It is so much fun! I would like a family that is loving and would be patient with me. I am still a little skittish, but I am learning to trust my foster family. A backyard would be wonderful, a place for me to run, chase leaves, and play fetch (my new skill). If you fit my wants for a forever family, please ask about me. I know I would be a good addition to your family. Please play fetch with me.
Panda is full of spirit and a lust for life. He bounces when he runs and loves to check out the yard. He hasn’t shown much interested in toys or playing with other dogs, he just loves his human. He is crate trained and I do crate him at the kennel house when he is alone. However, he sleeps free and lays on a dog bed all night.
He is a really good boy and desperately wants to be loved. He has been abused in his life and you can see it on his face on the rare occasion that he runs out the front door and is yelled at to come back he stops and sulks like he expects to be beaten.
