Secretary of State Kemp Reminds Georgians That Early Voting Begins Monday, October 13th

Secretary of State Brian Kemp wants to remind Georgians that in person early voting will begin Monday, October 13th and will run through Friday, October 31st.  Mandatory Saturday voting will be made available across Georgia on October 25th.

To locate early voting locations in your county, visit http://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov.

The “Ga Votes” mobile app is a great free resource for voting information. Georgia voters can view their specific sample ballot, find their polling locations, check their voter registration status and track the status of their absentee ballot. All of this information is available on mobile devices on Apple and Android platforms.  To download the app search for “GA Votes” in the App Store.

Brian Kemp has been Secretary of State since January 2010. Among the office’s wide-ranging responsibilities, the Secretary of State is charged with conducting secure, accessible and fair elections, the registration of corporations, and the regulation of securities and professional license holders.
