Adoptable Georgia Dogs for March 4, 2014

MamaHoundDog

Note, this is a hound dog, not a Rottweiler or Doberman. This mama dog will be giving birth to a litter of puppies any day and is in desperate need of a home in which to have her litter and raise them safely. A shelter is a bad place for puppies as they can get sick easily, which leads to euthanasia often. Mama dog is available for adoption from the Bartow County Animal Shelter in Winder, Ga.

Honey

Honey is an eight-month old Yellow Lab mix female who was found wandering stray on the road that leads to the annual Walton County Republican Party barbecue – seriously. She’s loving and gets along well with other dogs. Honey is available for adoption from Walton County Animal Shelter in Monroe, Ga.LilRed

Lil Red is said to be an eight-month old female Doberman mix, but I’d say she’s more like a hound dog. She is sweet, quiet and shy, and is available for adoption from the Walton County Animal Shelter in Monroe, Ga.
