Heather is a beautiful brindle-and-white mom who looks like a whippet or Italian greyhound, and came into DeKalb County Animal Services with her two puppies. They need rescue as soon as possible, as a shelter is a very bad environment for puppies who can easily get sick, which often leads to euthanasia.
