Adoptable Georgia Dogs for March 2, 2016

Blondie Barrow

Blondie is a beautiful 8-9 month old Labrador/Pit mix female who has captured the hearts of the volunteers at the Barrow County Shelter, where she is available for adoption today. Unless someone saves her this week, she’s at a very high risk of being euthanized.

Poor, poor Blondie was a stray whose family never came to find her. The volunteers at the shelter just don’t understand it as this dog is such a love bug, so sweet and is desperate to show anyone who walks past her pen just how much love she has to give.

All of the volunteers have been in tears at the thought of this beautiful young, playful dog being put to sleep just because she happens to be in the wrong place! Barrow County shelter is a rural shelter that doesn’t get the foot traffic or exposure that other shelters get, and sometimes dogs like poor Blondie pay the price for that.

If you can foster, or would like to adopt her, please call the shelter direct as soon as they open…there no time to lose.

If interested please contact the shelter at 770-307-3012 or email [email protected]
