Adoptable Georgia dogs for March 5, 2013

MurrayPuppyPointerToday’s first adoptable dog is a little Pointer mix puppy who is available for adoption from the Murray County Animal Shelter in Chatsworth, Georgia. He and the next dog need homes or fosters by Thursday night or they are at risk of euthanasia. Friendly local rescues can help setup a foster, and transportation is available.

MurrayAdultBWAnd as long as you’re going to have to deal with black-and-white dog hair, you might as well get the matching adult, who is also available for adoption or foster from the Murray County Animal Shelter.

For help with either of these dogs, call Lisa Hester at 770-441-0329 or email her at [email protected]; you may also call or text Megan at 706-260-5251 (daytime Tu,Th,F) or email her at [email protected].

CherokeeCucumberBeetleNext, we have the oddly named Cucumber Beetle, who has that name because her mother was named Ladybug, and the shelter decided to name the puppies after bugs. He’s ten weeks old, and the last of his litter to be adopted; he is available from Cherokee County Animal Shelter.

BarrowWeimaraner2Finally, we have this friendly 2-3 year old male Weimaraner, who is available for adoption from Barrow County Animal Shelter. BarrowWeimaraner1Finally, we have this friendly 2-3 year old male Weimaraner, who is available for adoption from Barrow County Animal Shelter.
